ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5035 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of COTTAGE GROVE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-lA Residential, A-2 and A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: Pet. #5035: Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 10, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: TO R-lA: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 10, thence Westerly 950 feet along the North line of section 10 to the point of beginning of this description. Thence continuing along the North line of Section 10, Westerly 240 feet; thence Southerly 232 feet; thence Easterly 240 feet; thence Northerly 232 feet to the point of beginning. The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
