D.E.D. Yes. <br /> ANALYSIS; <br /> 5035 The proposed use of creation of a residential parcel for a child of the <br /> owner is allowed under the Farmland Preservation Law. The balance of <br /> the farm is less than 35 acres and therefore must also be changed to an <br /> appropriate zoning district. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS; <br /> R.P.C. - <br /> Petition 5035. On May 20, 1991 the Cottage Grove Town Board adopted <br /> amendments to the Town Land Use Plan. This petition Is consistent with <br /> the amended policies of the town; however , Dane County has not yet <br /> considered or adopted these amendments as part of the Farmland <br /> Preservation Plan. Committee members have copies of the amendments and <br /> have recommended approval of the petition. <br /> E.H.D. - <br /> Co. Hwy. - Petition 5035. Controlled access highway. The proposed A-2 and A-2(4) parcels <br /> each have a recognized private entrance. <br />
