PETITION NO. _ (7? � PETITION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF COTTAGE GROVE TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 10, Town of Cottage Grove , Dane County, Wisconsin, from the A-1 R.x_ Agriculture District to the R-1A Residential/A-2 & A-2(4) District. Agriculture Pet. #5035: Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 10, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: TO R-1A: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 10, thence Westerly 950 feet along the North line of section 10 to the point of beginning of this description. Thence continuing along the North line of Section 10, Westerly 240 feet; thence Southerly 232 feet; thence Easterly 240 feet; thence Northerly 232 feet to the point of beginning. The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
