A deed restriction shall be recorded with the Register of Deeds to permanently join the proposed A-2 parcel <br /> in Section 30 in the Town of Springfield with the abutting parcel in Section 25 of the Town of Berry. <br /> 7. A deed restriction shall be recorded with the Register of Deeds prohibiting residential development on the <br /> proposed A-2 parcel. <br /> • If a CSM is required, please inform your surveyor to submit the final CSM as soon as possible.
