There have been
many "onlookers"who have been confused that this is a public road due to the sign placement and
address currently assigned and continue up the "drive" thinking it is a public road not the private drive it
is. Your help on expediting this quickly is much appreciated. The homeowner is fine with a condition
regarding changing the address IF future properties are formed. Could you please let me know what
the assigned number on the Autumn Pond Trail address is so I can let the subcontractors know.
Thank you again with you help on this.
Jason Franzen
Office # (608)-831-4422
Cell # (608)-513-5699
www.denoblebuilders.com
HART
DEI OL LE
U 8 L D L S
From: Hilbert, Hans [mailto:hilbert.hans @co.dane.wi.us]
Sent: Wednesday, September 16, 2009 4:25 PM
To: Town of Springfield
Cc: Jason Franzen
Subject: RE: Hagstom Residence
I apologize that I wasn't aware of the situation prior to the issuance of the zoning permit, otherwise I would have
recommended that we use Autumn Pond Trail from the onset, as it is more practical from the viewpoint of
delivering emergency services.
Given that we don't see other properties needing to be accessed via Evening Star Drive at this time, I feel
comfortable that issuing an Autumn Pond Trail address will not cause any major problems until a point(if ever)
other properties will be accessed via Evening Star Drive.
With that said, to switch to an Autumn Pond Trail address we would not require an easement. Since our office
has not officially issued an address, the costs of this switch is included in the zoning permit fee that was already
collected. I would however require that a condition be placed on the existing zoning permit stating that if in the
9/25/2009
