The plan includes the
following requirements:
1. The site will only be accessed off Egre Road using a stone tracking pad. The pad must be
a minimum of 50' long x 20' wide x 12" deep and be constructed of 3-inch clear stone.
No other site access may be used and any material deposited in the road will be cleaned
up at the end of each workday.
2. Silt fence must be installed prior to grading in the locations shown on the plan and where
deemed necessary, including the down slope of all soil stockpiles. The silt fence must be
maintained until the site is vegetated and stabilized.
3. Culvert and pipe outfalls will be protected by rock riprap as noted in the erosion control
plan. The riprap will be installed such that it forms a "bowl" with a depth of at least 6-
inches to dissipate runoff energy.
4. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. No material storage, vehicle
traffic or grading may occur in the areas identified as "undisturbed" or "vegetated buffer"
on the plan. In the event any of these areas are disturbed, additional erosion control
measures will be required.
5. All slopes 20% or greater must be temporarily stabilized with mulch within two weeks of
initial disturbance. The mulch must be maintained to provide at least 70% cover until
disturbed areas are permanently restored.
6. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows:
Grading and construction is scheduled to begin upon permit issue.
All disturbed slopes 20% or greater must be restored with seed and mulch by
September 15, 2009.
Lyman F.Anderson Agriculture&Conservation Center
1 Fen Oak Court,Room 208,Madison,Wisconsin 53718-8812-PH:608/224-3730, FAX:608/224-3745
www.countvofdane.com/landconsenation
