The dimensions you used to go around the Lots <br /> are not on the CSM. I do not have dimensions to get from the east section line and the east line of the Northwest line of <br /> Lot 1. I used the northern most line from the NE corner of 7 and then ran down the centerline of Dorothy your <br /> dimension of 855.05. That dimension may be long by the 30+/-feet I am getting. I don't have the benefit of the digital <br /> file. Please check those dimensions against the map. If there is an error, an Affidavit of Correction may be in <br /> order. There is a lot of information squeezed on this map, so if I am missing the ties to the line you used to off the NE <br /> corner, let me know. I have attached the route that I used, so that you can check the map annotation against the CAD <br /> file. I also mapped around the north right-of-way and then down the west side of Dorothy around the cul-de-sac. I <br /> came in 30+/-feet north of my existing line work,further leading me to believe that centerline dimension is long. <br /> All that said, the exhibit map Joe provided, should suffice as for a site plan. I will leave it to him to review my notes <br /> above and stand behind his work. We match on everything but that one line. Please proceed with the permit <br /> process. Joe and I will handle anything necessary beyond that.
