While the USDA CRP program is <br /> a permitted agricultural use in the Exclusive Agricultural District,agricultural accessory buildings are limited to <br /> barns,sheds, silos and other structures clearly be related to a permitted agricultural or agricultural accessory use. In <br /> your letter dated June 17,2016 you state,"The Accessory Building...will be used to store vehicles,equipment, <br /> tools,seed,herbicides and other materials and supplies used...in connection with their CRP contracts,along with <br /> other personal property." It is unclear that this proposed structure will be used exclusively for agricultural <br /> accessory use.
