Effective June 30, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10970 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Cross Plains Location: Section 35 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX to A-2 <br /> A parcel of land located in part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 36 T7N, R7E, <br /> Town of Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin, being more particularly described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the West 1/4 Corner of said Section 36, thence N 01°08'39" E <br /> along the West line of the Northwest 1/4, 600.34 feet; S 88°50'06" E, 312.98 feet; <br /> thence N 25°40'54" E, 147.12 feet; thence N 75°07'19" E, 77.90 feet; thence S 82°54'18" <br /> E, 388.54 feet; thence S 89°25'27" E, 490.47 feet to the centerline of County Trunk <br /> Highway "J"; thence along said centerline S 01°09'00" W, 720.00 feet; thence N <br /> 88°51'44" W, 1325.77 feet to the point of beginning.
