A second 1" Iron Pipe was also found <br /> 19.77'west of the section corner and shown as the property corner on CSM No. 7719. I believe that the <br /> location of the second iron pipe shown at the property corner was the original location of the section corner per <br /> the George Weir tie sheet based on the fence remnant locations. The position of the 1/4 was again <br /> established with CSM No. 7719 and matches the distances to the adjacent section corners as shown. The <br /> location of the 1/4 corner as shown on CSM No. 7719 is much closer to a split east and west along the South <br /> line of 25 which is consistent with the original government notes. The location of the 1" Iron Pipe was <br /> accepted based on verification to the adjacent section corners per CSM No. 7719.
