The corner is located in a corn field and the monument is set deep <br /> to permit deep plowing of the field. The monument was set on line between the Southeast corner and the <br /> Northeast corner of Section 4 and at the junction of this line and an old East-West fence line (now removed) <br /> whose location was determined from data shown on the power line plan sheets dated March 1948 on file at the <br /> Wisconson Power& Light Co. offic on West Washington Avenue, Madison, WI. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
