(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
July 1973 -An unnamed tie sheet shows the South 1/4 corner of Section 23 being a 1 1/2" Iron Pipe set at the
NE base of a large tree with 6 trunks splitting from the base. The corner was set based on air photos, field
occupation and the proration method.
January 13, 1987 - Ross Michaels found the 1 1/4" Iron Pipe as shown on the tie sheet dated July 1973 and
set additional reference ties.
August 23, 1989- Richard Schaut found a 1 1/4" Iron Pipe on the northerly side of a 60" maple as called for on
an existing tie sheet. This location lies at the northerly end of a row of large trees with barbed wire remnants
imbedded into the trees. While a more northerly location of this corner would straighten out the section lines to
the east and west, the location of the existing pipe was accepted because existing surveys have used the pipe
and would be adversely affected.
(j) I, Kevin C.
