In talking with a property <br /> owner, the fence corner has been accepted as the property corner for what they could recall. The Iron Pipe <br /> was originally set by Dan Birrenkott on June 18, 1998 for CSM No. 8978 and again used for CSM No. 11664. <br /> The Iron Pipe is not at the intersection of the N-S and E-W quarter lines and is not equal distant from any of <br /> the corners. The location of the 1 1/4" Iron Pipe was accepted as set per the Birrenkott survey and occupied <br /> with the existing fences.
