If so, show the method, including <br /> the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for <br /> proportioning in determining the corner location? <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> (i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including <br /> monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br /> October 20, 1972 -An unnamed tie sheet shows a railroad spike being set at the centerline of Hwy. 51. <br /> January 15, 1980- Preservation of Landmarks form shows a PK in a saw joint replacing a 2" Iron Pipe. <br /> June 22, 1982 -Donald Doyle found a PK nail 0.15 feet west of the concrete highway centerline and in a <br /> diagonal sawcut. The PK nail was replaced with a 2-inch long railroad spike. Four state highway reference <br /> monuments in concrete were recovered as well. <br /> May 30, 1989 -Arden Sandsnes did not find the railroad spike that was set by Don V. Doyle as stated on tie <br /> sheet dated June 22, 1982. Sandsnes reset a railroad spike from the existing ties shown on the Doyle tie <br /> sheet. <br /> February 1, 1994 -Arden Sandsnes found a 60d spike in a concrete joint of USH 51 which matches the <br /> reference ties as established by the previous Don Doyle tie sheet. <br /> October 19, 1995 -George Weir found a 60d spike representing the East 1/4 corner of Section 1. <br /> April 28, 1997 - Mathew Reigel found a 60d nail representing the East 1/4 corner and set reference <br /> monuments for the corner. <br /> September 3, 2003 -A tie sheet with an illegible name found a bent 60d spike in a hole below the surface at a <br /> joint in the concrete pavement near the position of the West corner of Section 6, Dunkirk Township. A 60d <br /> spike was set in the concrete at the position established from the tie sheet by Arden Sandsnes. <br /> April 13, 2006 - Richard Palmer found the 60d spike as shown on the previous tie sheet by George Weir. <br /> October 25, 2007 - Richard Palmer found the 60d spike as shown on the previous tie sheet by Richard Palmer. <br /> February 26, 2014 - Michael Marty found the 60d spike and associated ties according to the 2006 tie sheet by <br /> Richard Palmer. <br /> (j) I, Kevin C.
