A quarry stone is noted as being set <br /> as the corner in the original government notes. A Red Stone is noted as the property corner on CSM No. <br /> 1323. The distance from the stone to the East and the South 1/4 corners checks within reason according to <br /> CSM No's 1323, 1391 and 4099. A 1 1/4" Iron rebar was found 2.48 feet west northwest of the stone. No <br /> evidence of how the iron rebar was set. The location of the Red Quarry Stone was accepted as set per the <br /> original notes and used for previous surveys.
