(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1) an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(gbh)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
January 30, 1986 - David Riesop re-established the corner by use of the highway centerline and distance as
measured by Marcy along the South line of Section 23, as recorded in Blue Book survey Vol. 5 Page 544.
This position agrees with that shown by Long in Blue Book survey Vol. 5 Page 545. The distance measured
from this corner, North to the center of Leslie Road, or the approximate location of the 1/4 corner is within 1
foot of the distance recorded by Long (2640.5'). The position is also checked by the true bearing from the S1/4
of Section 23 to this corner, which is within 00°02' of Marcy's solar bearing. The corner also agrees with the
40 line fence to the East, and equally divides the 40 and 1/4 lines to the West on the fence lines. The corner
was unable to be excavated due to deep frost. A railroad spike was set for the corner.
(j) I, Kevin C. Lord Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby, certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public C 0 Ns;
Land Survey Monument Record is correct ..'40 •,
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief. •
• KEVIN C. ;
- LORD -
* • S-2645 *MADISON, -
• WIS. ;
,v, p
)L.:1A 6- 3o-/G
•.,p SURVy ,%
Signature Date
