(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method, including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
April 1965-George Weir set a 1" iron stake at the centerline of Hannerville Road southerly of the centerline of
Hammond Road.
January 30, 1986 - David Riesop found the 1" iron pipe as set by Weir 2" beneath the pavement. Per the tie
sheet, the pipe had been set by the original Northwest bearing tree which has since died and was removed
from the road in about 1979, according to an area resident. The tie by Weir to the old school house did not
check and Riesop concluded that the drawing must have intended to show the distance to the corner, and not
the tree. The apple tree tied to in 1965 is now also gone, but the bearing and distance from the pipe would
have put the tree in line with others to the West. The stone called for in the old blue book survey was not dug
for because of deep frost. The iron pipe was accepted for the corner.
June 2, 2008 - Richard Palmer found the 1" iron pipe at the position shown on the previous tie sheets and the
location of the pipe was accepted.
(j) I, Kevin C. Lord Affix Land Surveyor Seal
hereby, certify that the corner location shown on
this record was determined by me or under my
direction and correct and that this U.S. Public .aL,O NSA •
Land Survey Monument Record is correct • •,•
complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.
