The railroad spike was <br /> replaced with a 1" iron pipe. A PK nail was also found 0.03' away from the railroad spike. We found only one <br /> of the 1969 iron pipe tie monuments as the other pipes had been plowed out. The power poles used for ties <br /> are new poles. <br /> Q) I, Kevin C.
