(e) Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as restored or reestablished
and the location of that corner as previously restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show
the discrepancy in the sketch on sheet 1.
None
(f)Was the corner restored through acceptance of(1)an obliterated evidence location, or(2)a found
perpetuated location?
A found perpetuated location.
(g&h)Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods? If so, show the method; including
the directions and distances to other public land survey corners used as evidence or used for
proportioning in determining the corner location?
Not Applicable.
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject corner, including
monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
November 25, 1991 - David Riesop found a PK nail on the extended line of a fence to the North and 2.5' North
of the pavement centerline of CTH N. The tie sheet for the E 1/4 corner of Section 28 states that it was set
equidistant from the NE and SE corners of Section 28. The PK nail was found to be 1.27' shorter than the
distance measured to the NE corner from the E 1/4 corner. Riesop set a Railroad Spike at the corner using
the PK nail and fence for the E-W position and at the same distance South of the E 1/4 corner as to the North
of it. This location splits the SE 1/4 of Section 28 on the 40 fence and is very near a proration between the E
1/4 corner of 28 and the E 1/4 corner of 33. The corner set falls the 1.27' South of the PK nail and is closer to
the centerline.
February 20, 2002 -John Norwell tied off the railroad spike prior to asphalt surfacing of CTH N. Uncovered
and found the railroad spike 0.2' below the asphalt surface and recovered the spike with cold mix.
(j) I, Kevin C.
