ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5028 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5028: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 5, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 5, thence East, along <br /> the Sectin line, 120.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East, <br /> along said section line, 165 feet more or less; thence South, 512.5 feet more <br /> or less; thence West, 197 feet more or less; thence N 03° 36' 00" East, 513.51 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: in N 2 5 1991 <br />
