• <br />• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 3579 <br /> r- <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> C-2 Commercial District the following described land: <br />• Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 21, thence South along <br /> the West line of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 955.58 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence East 401.5 feet; thence South 201.8 feet; thence S 88° 04' W 401.9 feet <br /> to the West line of the said NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 21; thence North along said <br />• West line 215.1 feet to the point of beginning. <br />• <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br />• <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br />• This amendment will be effective, if within 60 days of its adoption by the <br /> County Board of Supervisors, the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions running in favor of Dane County as well as the owners <br />• of the land: <br /> 1) .
