This proposed duplex site has been zoned C-2 commercial . <br /> There Is a tavern and single family home to the north, a single family <br /> home to the north, a mobile home to the south, and the rest of the area <br /> is open farmland. There are no specific policies on duplex units, but <br /> the rezoning to R3-A Is a reduction In the intensity of development <br /> which could occur with the C-2 commercial zoning. Highway N Is access <br /> controlled and the applicant has agreed to have the access for the <br /> duplex shared with the tavern to the north. <br /> E.H.D. - <br /> Co. Hwy. - Petition 5036.
