Refer to <br /> the attached surveyors drawing that includes the <br /> legal description , acerage and soil classification <br /> and percentage of each class within the area for <br /> rezone . <br /> Item 3 - Tax parcel number . The tax parcel number as <br /> obtained from your records on April 5 , 1991 is <br /> 4-8070 . <br /> Item 4 - Filing fee of $100 . 00 is attached to this petition . <br /> Item 5a - Statement of proposed use of the property . I <br /> LaVerne Meinholz and my wife Melissa want to rezone <br /> this parcel of land for our use in building our <br /> first house . We plan to use this parcel of land <br /> conservatively when we build as to not waste any <br /> land when done . We would also like to include that <br /> we would have rabbits and a pair of goats . <br /> Item 5b - Time schedule for development . If petition meets <br /> your requests and the zoning classification is <br /> approved , we plan to begin construction during the <br /> month of June 1991 and expect completion by <br /> September 1991 . <br /> Hopefully the above data will meet your requirements for the rezone <br /> petition .
