ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5042 • <br /> •Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5042: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 23, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the said SE 1/4; thence N 90° <br /> 00' 00" West, 757.50 feet along the North line of the said SE 1/4 to the <br /> Westerly line of CTH F and the point of beginning; thence along the Westerly <br /> line of CTH F S 04° 53' 33" West, 428.16 feet; thence N 90° 00' 00" West, <br /> 390.08 feet; thence N 00° 00' 00" East, 426.60 feet to the North line of the SE <br /> 1/4; thence along the North line of the SE 1/4 S 90° 00' 00" East, 426.60 feet <br /> to the Westerly line of CTH F and the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
