4 4 <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5046 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-1, <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5046: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 13, Town of Rutland described as follows: TO <br /> RH-1: Commencing at the the East quarter corner of said Section 13; thence <br /> West on East-West quarter line, 1325 feet more or less to Northeast corner of <br /> said NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the point of beginning. Thence South on quarter quarter <br /> line, 256 feet more or less; thence West, 423 feet more or less; thence North, <br /> 256 feet more or less; thence East, 423 feet more or less to the point of <br /> beginning. TO RH-2: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 13; <br /> thence West on East-West quarter line, 1325 feet more or less to Northeast <br /> corner of said NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence South on the quarter quarter line, 256 <br /> feet more or less to the point of beginning. Thence continue South on said <br /> quarter quarter line, 314 feet more or less; thence West, 764 feet more or <br /> less; thence North, 570 feet more or less to East-West quarter line; thence <br /> East, 341 feet more or less; thence South, 256 feet more or less; thence East, <br /> 423 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: AUS 0 5 1991 <br />
