ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5047 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> COTTAGE GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5047: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 6, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 6, thence North <br /> 1335.22 feet; thence West along the North line of said S 1/2 SE 1/4, 825 feet; <br /> thence South 175 feet; thence S 87° 19' West along the North line of Fourth <br /> Addition to Nondahl Heights, 506.44 feet; thence S 66° 03' West, 320 feet along <br /> the Southeast side of Lot #41, First Addition to Nondahl Heights; thence N 23° <br /> 57' West along the Southwesterly side of Lot 41, 140 feet; thence N 66° 03' <br /> East along the Northwesterly side of said Lot #41, 410.46 feet; thence N 87° <br /> 19' East along the North line of the S 1/2 SE 1/4, 506.44 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval, a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> A.
