We , as a town , by <br /> recommendation from the Plan Committee have created a <br /> paragraph in our local plan to establish rules governing <br /> growth, as we reach the 100 vacant lot rule . The town is <br /> very close to that number now, therefore we have created <br /> guidelines to carefully make provisions to allow in filling <br /> and development on a limited basis in and between existing <br /> developments . <br /> I am enclosing a copy of the minutes of the May 20 , where <br /> this was approved by the board . I am also enclosing a copy <br /> of the amendment . <br /> As Petition 5047 makes reference to the Charles Czarnezki <br /> request , I will enclose the local hearing request and <br /> paperwork. `1r .
