ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5048 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5048: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 33 and SW 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 34, Town of <br /> Vermont described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said <br /> Section 33; thence N 89° 29' 27" East 206.45 feet; thence N 12° 36' 00" East <br /> 697.26 feet; thence West 1556.97 feet to the centerline of CTH JG; thence S 62° <br /> 20' 00" West 133.70 feet along CTH JG; thence S 00° 11' 00" East 625.78 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 45' 29" East 1314.85 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: un 4 0 1991 <br />
