• ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5049 • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLOOMING GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the <br /> C-2 Commercial (D.R.) District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5049: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 23, Town o !,;(2/1-4 ed as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter cor ti° 4�� — thence N <br /> 00° 15' 57" West, along the East line of sai im- f� ing the <br /> East line of CSM 2951, recorded in Volume 11 pages 352 <br /> and_353, Dane County Register of Deeds, 184.: corner of <br /> said CSM 2951; thence N 83° 19' 44" West, alc d CSM <br /> 2951, 244.72 feet; thence N 04° 35' 18" Est, ° 44' 03" <br /> East, 220.00 feet to the East line of said SE 15' 57" <br /> East, along said East line 299.56 feet to the mortheast corner of said CSM 2951 <br /> and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> A. Location of buildings, parking areas, storage areas, fence screening and <br /> lanscape plantings shall be as specified by the site plan submitted to <br /> the Zoning Committee on May 28, 1991. <br /> B. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its approval, the <br /> owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on <br /> said land. <br /> A. Commercial use of the property shall be limited to: <br /> 1). Operation of a construction contractor business. <br /> 2). Rental of storage space for contractors and other uses. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent <br /> Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the <br /> restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 0 9 1991 <br />
