ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5052 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5052: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West one quarter corner of said Section 18; thence S 01° 17' <br /> 42" West, 225.00 feet on the West line of the Southwest one quarter of said <br /> Section 18; thence N 87° 41' 42" East, 950.77 feet to the point of beginning of <br /> this description; thence N 11° 17' 42" East, 197 feet more or less; thence N <br /> 89° 38' 44" East, 810 feet more or less on the North line of the Southwest one <br /> quarter of said Section 18 to the centerline of Dvorak Road; thence S 26° 58' <br /> 12" West 187 feet more or less on the centerline of said road; thence S 87° 41' <br /> 42" Wst,765 feet more or less to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: AN 3 0 1991 <br />
