. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5053 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5053: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 20, Town of Dunkirk as follows: Commencing <br /> at the Southeast corner of said Section 20; thence N 00° 14' 46" West, 1,310.06 <br /> feet, to the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence S 89° 08' 31" West, <br /> 768.64 feet, to the centerline of Taylor Lane; thence N 06° 27' 00" West, <br /> 500.00 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence N 06° 27' 00" <br /> West, 200.00 feet, along said centerline; thence N 89° 08' 31" East, 470.84 <br /> feet; thence S 06° 27' 00" East, 200.00 feet; thence S 89° 08' 31" West, 470.84 <br /> feet, to the centerline of Taylor Lane and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval, a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Division of the existing RH-3 area is not permitted. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
