ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5054 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RE-1 <br /> Recreational District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5054: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 8, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 8; thence West, 33.00 feet <br /> along the North line of said Section 8 to the West line of shady Oak Lane and <br /> the point of beginning; thence continue West, 338.5 feet along said North line <br /> of said Section 8; thence South 1287 feet to the North line of CTH PD; thence <br /> East 338.5 feet along said North line to the West line of shady Oak Lane; <br /> thence North, 1287 feet along said West line to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: JUN 07 1991 <br />
