As you know, a portion of the property to be <br /> purchased by the Foundation is currently zoned R-4. In Zoning <br /> Petition 3741, the Town of Westport and the county granted R-4 <br /> zoning to a portion of this property and adjoining property owned <br /> by Mr. Richard Potthast, conditioned upon a specific development <br /> plan submitted by Therese and Richard Potthast. <br /> This letter is to advise you that the Foundation will agree <br /> to abide by that development plan submitted with Zoning Petition <br /> 3741 unless and until the property is rezoned.
