ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5056 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5056: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 28, Town of York described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said W 1/2, thence South along the East <br /> line of said W 1/2 260 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 30° West to <br /> the West line of said W 1/2, thence South on the West line of said W 1/2 147 <br /> feet, thence North 30° East to the East line of said W 1/2, thence North along <br /> the East line of said W 1/2 to the point of beginning. - -- <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: rAuG 2 8 1991 <br />
