We simply note that <br /> there Is an old stone quarry site across CTH J to the northeast . This <br /> site was the subject of a public hearing on CUP 795 on December 9, 1989. <br /> The town and a number of residents opposed the CUP , and it was withdrawn <br /> by the applicant . <br /> If this current R-1-A request Is approved, a policy decision will also be <br /> made to preclude re-opening the quarry for all practical purposes . <br /> E.H.D. - <br /> Co. Hwy. - Petition 4702 . Not a controlled access highway, however any <br /> new driveway must be approved by our area supervisor.
