Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the R-1A <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5057: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 27, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 27; thence 01° 46' 25" <br /> West, 1315.62 feet; thence S 88° 58' 32" East, 970 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing S 88° 58' 32" East, 320 feet; thence S 01° 46' 25" <br /> West, 270 feet; thence N 88° 58' 32" West, 320 feet; thence N 01° 46' .25" East, <br /> 270 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of <br /> the Dane County Code of Ordinances.
