ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5031 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential and LC-1 Limited Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5031: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 35, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the <br /> Northwest quarter of said Section 35; thence S 88° 46' 30" West 1307.0 feet; <br /> thence N 01° 31' West 560.0 feet; thence N 88° 46' 30" East 16.00 feet; thence <br /> N 01° 31' West 173.96 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 01° 31' West 190 <br /> feet; thence N 62° 47' 20" East 110 feet, thence S 01° 31' East 190 feet; <br /> thence S 62° 47' 20' West 110 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO LC-1: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot #1, Certified Survey Map <br /> #3891; thence S 88° 46' 30" West, along the South line of said CSM, 70.00 feet; <br /> thence N 27° 12' 40" West, 96.84 feet; thence N 62° 47' 20" East, 242.29 feet; <br /> thence S 27° 12' 40" East, 18.30 feet to the Easterly line of said CSM; thence <br /> S 31° 27' 11" West, along said Easterly line, 210.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on the LC-1 zoned land: <br /> 1. The commercial items stored on the property shall be limited to <br /> electrical contractor equipment, supplies, and materials. <br /> 2. Outside storage of materials and supplies is not permitted. <br /> 3. only 1 commercial vehicle may be stored outside of a building at any <br /> time. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE: SEP 0 9 1991 <br />
