ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5061 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> • <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5061: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of Sun Prairie <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 16; thence <br /> N 85° 52' East, 501.5 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue N 85° <br /> 52' East along the North line of Section 16 for a distance of 304.0 feet; <br /> thence S 04° 08' East, 755.0 feet;-thence S 85° 52' West 304.0 feet; thence N <br /> 04° 08' West, 755.0 feet to the North line of Section 16 to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
