a ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5064 • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of MONTROSE The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: Pet. #5064: Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 1, Town of Montrose described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 1, thence N 85° 25' West, 115.7 feet; thence N 75° 22' West, 307.82 feet; thence N 65° 19' West, 220.00 feet; thence N 75° 06' West, 354.16 feet; thence N 84° 53' West, 100.10 feet; thence S 88° 52' West, 249.18 feet; thence N 01° 15' East, 676.20 feet; thence N 46° 58' East, 119.22 feet; thence N 42° 48' 30" East, 405.55 feet; thence N 52° 12' 00" East, 342.00 feet; thence N 49° 39' 00" Est, 89.54 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 49° 39' 00" East, 179.06 feet; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 763.00 feet, and chord bearing N 44° 28' 19" ast, 137.72 feet; thence S 71° 58' 37" East, 300.33 feet; thence S 35° 18' 37" West, 489.02 feet; thence N 40° 19' 39" West, 364.34 feet to the point of beginning.
