ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5065 <br /> "Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential, R-3 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5065: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Dunn described as follows: TO <br /> R-1: Part of Government Lot 3, Section 23, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at West quarter corner of said Section 23; thence N 89° 03' 18" <br /> East, 1201.38 feet along the North line of government Lot 3 to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing N 89° 03' 18" East, 440.99 feet along said North <br /> line to the West line of road Lot A, Washington Park; thence S 07° 41' 24" West <br /> 29.89 feet along said West line; thence S 04° 13' 00" West, 342.81 feet along <br /> said West line; thence S 88° 55' 16" West 223.09 feet to the centerline of USH <br /> 51; thence along said centerline on a curve to the left of radius 3819.72 feet <br /> having a long chord bearing N 27° 07' 02" West, 413.95 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> TO R-3: Commencing at West quarter corner of said Section 23; thence N 89° 30' <br /> 18" East, 1642.37 feet along the North line of Government Lot #3 to the West <br /> line of road Lot A, Washington Park; thence S 07° 04' 24" West, 29.89 feet <br /> along said West line; thence S 04° 13' 00" West, 292.81 feet along said West <br /> line to the point of beginning. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
