Raemisch. <br /> Payne & Dolan, Inc. intends to erect a portable asphalt plant at this site <br /> for the purpose of producing the asphalt mix to be used on these projects. The <br /> plant will be set up approximately August 1st, and will be finished by December 1 , <br /> 1991 . <br /> The area is currently zoned A-2, and has a current mineral extraction <br /> permit. This is a logical site for the asphalt plant as the aggregates for <br /> the asphalt mixture will be taken from the same site.
