ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5069 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the <br /> A-2(4) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5069: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 9 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of <br /> Deerfield described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said <br /> Section 9; thence North along the West line of said Section, 56 feet to the <br /> South line of CTH BB; thence N 75° East along said South line, 259 feet; thence <br /> South, 918 feet; thence West 250 feet to the West line of the aforesaid Section <br /> 16; thence North along said West line, 795 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
