ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5070 'r ' <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the R-2 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5070: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 16; thence S 89° 48' 14" <br /> West along the South line of said SW 1/4; 1318.96 feet to the Southwest corner <br /> of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 00° 54' 47" West along the West line of said <br /> 1/4 1/4; 405.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 00° 54' 47" <br /> West along said West line, 125.0 feet; thence N 89° 05' 13" East 137.00 feet; <br /> thence S 00° 54' 47' East, 125.00 feet; thence S 89° 05' 13" West, 137.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
