A•riculture District to the RH-1 Rural Homes <br /> District. <br /> Pet. 5076: <br /> Part .f the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 21, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follo s: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 21; thence <br /> West, 1,320 feet to the point of beginning; thence South, 400 feet; thence N <br /> 60° 00 West, 450 feet to the Southeasterly line of Midland Road; thence <br /> conti uing along the Southeasterly line of Midland Road along a curve to the <br /> right having a radius of 1,000 feet and a long chord subtended bearing N 38° <br /> 36' East, 223.93 feet; thence East, 250 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The wove listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
