ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5076 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. 15076: <br /> Part Of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 21, Town of Black Earth described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 21; thence <br /> West, 1,320 feet to the point of beginning; thence South, 400 feet; thence N <br /> 60° OQ' West, 450 feet to the Southeasterly line of Midland Road; thence <br /> conti uing along the Southeasterly line of Midland Road along a curve to the <br /> right having a radius of 1,000 feet and a long chord subtended bearing N 38° <br /> 36' E st, 223.93 feet; thence East, 250 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Condi ional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of th= Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the fallowing conditions. <br /> 1. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED: The above listed description/s is/are <br /> intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be <br /> prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County, a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded <br /> in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> 2. The driveway shall be completed prior to issuance of a zoning permit for <br /> construction of buildings and, <br /> 3.
