ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5078 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> . 9 <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5078: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 30; thence Northerly <br /> along the West line of the West quarter of said Section 30, 900 feet; thence <br /> Easterly parallel with the East-West quarter section line, 405 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continuing Easterly parallel with said East-West <br /> quarter section line, 295.18; thence Southerly parallel with said West line, <br /> 295.16 feet; thence Westerly parallel with said East-West quarter section line, <br /> 295.18; thence Northerly parallel with said West line, 295.16 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: JUL 2 5 1991 <br />
