. <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5081 . . • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLACK EARTH <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5081: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 20 and NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 29, Town of <br /> Black Earth described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of <br /> said Section 20; thence S 88° 49' 22" West, 264.45 feet along the South line of <br /> said SE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 13° 00' 00" West, 25.15 feet to a point on the <br /> Northerly right-of-way line of Reeve Road and the point of beginning; thence S <br /> 84° 00' 00" West, 290.24 feet along the Northerly right-of-way line of Reeve <br /> Road to the point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of <br /> 10° 46' 00" and a radius of 334.60 feet; thence Southwesterly, 62.88 feet along <br /> the arc of the curve to the point of tangency thereof, said arc also being the <br /> Northerly right-of-way line of Reeve Road, the long chord of which bears S 78° <br /> 37' 00" West, 62.78 feet; thence N 04° 00' 00" East, 355.42 feet; thence N 86° <br /> 00' 00" East, 250.00 feet; thence S 13° 00' 00" East, 337.93 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: October 22, 1991 <br />
