The plan has been <br /> found to conform to Dane County Code of Ordinance, Chapter 17, Floodplain Regulations. The construction shall <br /> comply with the submitted plan. <br /> This permit is issued with the following conditions: <br /> • This development shall not obstruct flow, defined as development which blocks the conveyance of <br /> floodwaters by itself or with other development, causing any increase in the regional flood height; or <br /> cause any increase in the regional flood height due to floodplain storage area lost. <br /> • Habitat structures shall be designed and constructed to have a low flood damage potential. <br /> Also, please be sure to obtain any State of Federal permits that may be required for projects within navigable <br /> waterways. <br /> Your cooperation is appreciated in this matter. <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Hans Hilbert <br /> Assistant Zoning Administrator <br /> CC: Dane County Land and Water Resources <br />
