• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5084 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERMONT <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the R-1 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5084: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 18, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 18; thence N 84° 42' 08" East <br /> 37.93 feet along the South line of Section 18, thence N 03° 12' 22" West 965.8 <br /> feet; thence N 79° 48' 18" East 693.48 feet; thence N 56° 10' 00" East 143.40 <br /> feet, thence N 21° 20' 00" West 35.90 feet to the point of beginning. Thence N <br /> 21° 20" 00" West 310.0 feet; thence N 68° 40' 00" East 141.43 feet; 310.0 feet; <br /> thence S 21° 20' 00" East 310.0 feet; thence S 68° 40' 00" West 141.43 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> 1. The area described above shall not be separated or divided from the farm <br /> property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 1 6 1991 <br />
