OFFICE TELEPHONE
808-846.3800
TOWN OF VIENNA •
Office of Clerk
5270 NORWAY GROVE ROAD-DEFOREST,WIS.53532
June 26, 1991
oFrPlirm
Dane County Zoning Dept. JUN u 1991 City-Bounty Building
210 Martin Luther King Jr. , Blvd. Jt.ln . RECC'Rc
Madison, Wisconsin 53709
•
Dear Sirs:
•
The Vienna Town Board last met on June 17, 1991. One item on the adjenda for
that meeting was a request by Richard Jensen to allow an A-2 zoning on a property he
had previously asked for an Rh-2 zoning.
The Board did approve his regyest for the A-2 zoning and found it consistent with
the Town Plan and other uses in that area. The Board did inform him that the
approval was because certain desireable uses were not allowed in the Rh-2 district
that would be in the A-2 district. The approval also was with the understanding
that only one *animal unit per *area would be allowed. At this time and with the informatio
the Town was given, it would be difficult to favor a conditional use permit which
would allow a higher annimal use amount per acres.
The Town asks that you approve the A-2 request. Please contact me in care of this
office if you desire further information or have questions. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Robert Pulvermacher
Vienna Town Clerk
